- Deliver and evaluate nurse-led L&D sessions and training programs.
- Assess learner needs and customize curricula to improve clinical competencies.
- Track training outcomes using metrics and report performance to leadership.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to align learning with patient care goals.
- Facilitate onboarding and ongoing development for new hires and existing staff.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and documentation of training.
- Identify gaps in knowledge and propose targeted improvement plans.
- Mentor and coach staff to foster growth and prepare for advanced roles.
- Utilize learning management systems to organize content and track progress.
- Lead pipeline conversations to forecast talent development and succession.
- Participate in evidence-based practice reviews to update training with latest standards.
- Represent the L&D function in cross-departmental projects and meetings.
- RN with active licensure and clinical nursing experience.
- Experience designing, delivering, and evaluating L&D programs for healthcare staff.
- Ability to assess learner needs and tailor curricula to improve clinical competencies.
- Data-driven reporting of training outcomes and KPIs to leadership.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and proper documentation of training.
- Proficiency with learning management systems and e-learning content management.
- Strong collaboration with clinical teams to align training with patient care goals.
- Onboarding facilitation and ongoing staff development, including mentoring.
- Capability to identify knowledge gaps and develop targeted improvement plans.
- Experience in talent development, succession planning, and pipeline forecasting.
