Responsibilities
  • Deliver and evaluate nurse-led L&D sessions and training programs.
  • Assess learner needs and customize curricula to improve clinical competencies.
  • Track training outcomes using metrics and report performance to leadership.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to align learning with patient care goals.
  • Facilitate onboarding and ongoing development for new hires and existing staff.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and documentation of training.
  • Identify gaps in knowledge and propose targeted improvement plans.
  • Mentor and coach staff to foster growth and prepare for advanced roles.
  • Utilize learning management systems to organize content and track progress.
  • Lead pipeline conversations to forecast talent development and succession.
  • Participate in evidence-based practice reviews to update training with latest standards.
  • Represent the L&D function in cross-departmental projects and meetings.
Experience/Qualifications
  • RN with active licensure and clinical nursing experience.
  • Experience designing, delivering, and evaluating L&D programs for healthcare staff.
  • Ability to assess learner needs and tailor curricula to improve clinical competencies.
  • Data-driven reporting of training outcomes and KPIs to leadership.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and proper documentation of training.
  • Proficiency with learning management systems and e-learning content management.
  • Strong collaboration with clinical teams to align training with patient care goals.
  • Onboarding facilitation and ongoing staff development, including mentoring.
  • Capability to identify knowledge gaps and develop targeted improvement plans.
  • Experience in talent development, succession planning, and pipeline forecasting.
