Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an experienced and compassionate Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for a Medical Telemetry assignment in Ganado, Arizona. The ideal candidate will have strong Med Tele experience, excellent clinical judgment, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while caring for a diverse patient population.

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to Medical Telemetry patients.
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions accurately.
• Interpret cardiac telemetry monitoring and respond appropriately to changes in patient status.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatments, and discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
• Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and patient safety standards.
• Night Shift, 12‑Hour Shifts, 7 Days On / 7 Days Off Schedule.
• Opportunities for overtime may be available but are not guaranteed.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Previous Medical Telemetry experience required.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Approximately $500 per month.
• Shared houses or apartments with 3–5 bedrooms.
• Private locked bedroom with shared kitchen, living areas, and laundry facilities.
• Housing availability is limited and may require placement on a waitlist.
• No pets permitted.

• Located approximately 25 minutes east of the facility.
