PositionTransplant Medicine FTE:
Part Time, 48.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
Day and Night Rotation. Nights paid with a $1,600 quarterly incentive ($6,400/year) to full‑time night shift RNs and LPNs.
Pay$35.29 – $54.71 per hour, depending on experience.
Minimum Requirements- Graduate of an accredited or state board‑approved Registered/Professional Nursing program with less than 3 years of experience.
- Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. - State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification.
- Six months of RN nursing experience.
- BLS through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer certification.
- BLS or CPR card valid within sixty days of hire.
- Provides top‑of‑scope practice in direct patient care utilizing the nursing process and evidence‑based practice.
- Values a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes.
- Prioritizes patient wellness and a patient‑centered perspective.
- Models proficiency through precepting new staff.
