Nurse, Psychiatry

Sign-on Bonus: $10,000 (eligibility and payout schedule per policy)

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and ongoing patient monitoring
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with provider orders and facility protocols
• Provide therapeutic, trauma-informed nursing care and support a safe milieu
• Collaborate with psychiatry, therapy, and other clinical staff to carry out individualized treatment plans
• Utilize de-escalation techniques and follow safety procedures as needed
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in the medical record

• Active RN license
• Current BLS certification
• New RN graduates encouraged to apply
• Psychiatric/behavioral health experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills for effective patient care delivery and interdisciplinary collaboration
