- Associate’s Degree in Nursing required;
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred. - Must be able to obtain Arizona RN licensure if not already active.
- Prefer RN’s with at least one year experience in a specific nursing area.
- Positions are night shift, typically 12‑hour shifts;
Cath Lab positions are 8‑hour day shifts. - Facility offers a range of $67,000–$85,000, a full benefits package, and a relocation/sign‑on bonus.
- Cath Lab RN: Responsible for delivery and coordination of cath lab patient care at a safe practice level within the scope defined by the AZ State Board of Nursing and the medical center policy. Oversees monitoring, recording, scrubbing, and circulating during cardiac catheterization, diagnostic, and interventional studies. Serves as preceptor for newly hired staff and works five 8‑hour day shifts plus call, with cross‑training in all Cath Lab areas.
- PACU RN: Provides immediate post‑operative recovery care of the perioperative patient in the PACU through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- OR RN: Provides perioperative care of surgical patients in the OR through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- ICU RN: Delivers direct patient care in the ICU or telemetry setting according to medical‑center standards of practice and AACN guidelines.
- Emergency RN: Responsible for delivering patient care in the Emergency Department through the nursing process of interview, assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and triage.
- Acute Care RN: Delivers patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation; directs and guides patient teaching and ancillary personnel while maintaining professional nursing standards.
