We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinician who understands and respects the values of our tribal communities. This individual must be able to act with both efficiency and care, ensuring the well‑being of our people. The clinician will take on a primary role in caring for patients, fostering a relationship built on trust, and collaborating with others in the healthcare team.

Together, staff will provide care that honors our traditions, meets the needs of the community, and offers a meaningful and culturally responsive, respectful experience for both patients and their families.

Elder Care Nurse Supervisor

Unrestricted AZ or compact state license

BLS

2 years of experience; leadership experience strongly preferred

Open to 58 hours or 410
