Position Overview /p>
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Medical/Surgical (Med/Surg) team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized nursing care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
ey Responsibilities ul> li>Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with nursing standards and organizational policies. li>Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to patients with diverse medical and surgical conditions.li>Monitor patient status, administer medications, and perform nursing interventions. li>Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care. li>Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatments, medications, and discharge planning. li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record. li>Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and infection prevention standards. li>Participate in performance improvement and patient safety initiatives. /ul> equired Qualifications ul> li>Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Arizona or Compact State License).
li>Current BLS Certification
. li>
ACLS Certification required within 6 months of hire
