The Labor and Delivery Nurse Manager will oversee a dynamic Women’s Services program supporting Labor and Delivery and Obstetrics care for patients and families throughout the region. The Nurse Manager of Women’s Services will help maintain exceptional clinical standards, efficient operations, family-centered care, and a positive experience across the maternal care continuum.

Reporting to Director of Women's Services, the Nurse Manager of Obstetrics will receive administrative and clinical support while directing daily operations, staffing, quality initiatives, regulatory readiness, patient safety, budgeting, performance improvement, and team development. The Labor and Delivery Nurse Manager will collaborate with friendly nurses, physicians, advanced practice providers, educators, case managers, and a diverse team of healthcare professionals to create a supportive environment built on communication, accountability, respect, and excellent patient outcomes.
