Maintenance Needles CA

The Palms at Verde Shores is a 55+ MH Community located along the Colorado River in Needles, CA. We are a family-owned company with a small, supportive team and a focus on pride of place, consistency, and quality resident experiences.

We’re looking for a reliable, hands‑on Full‑Time Maintenance employee to help maintain and enhance the community. This is a field‑based role requiring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to take initiative and solve problems independently.

• Perform general property repairs: plumbing, and painting
• Maintain landscaping and curb appeal: mowing, trimming, weeding, leaf blowing
• Troubleshoot and repair irrigation and pond systems
• Maintain clean, orderly common areas and grounds
• Handle sewer line backups and coordinate larger repairs as needed
• Help coordinate and support vendor projects and deliveries
• Participate in on‑call for emergency repairs

• Time management skills
• Experience in general maintenance
• Experience in general landscape
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and complete physically demanding tasks
• Must be available for occasional after‑hours emergencies (on‑call)
