We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented QA Plant Monitor to join our Quality Assurance team. This position is responsible for performing quality inspections, plant monitoring, and testing of raw and processed materials to ensure products meet established quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, basic computer and math skills, and the ability to work in an industrial manufacturing environment while following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Perform truck sampling and plant quality monitoring.
• Conduct quality tests including acid percentage, dryer and buffer temperatures, pH testing, bushel weights, cleanout percentages, seed counts, tare analysis, and product appearance.
• Inspect finished products to verify quality standards are met.
• Enter testing results into Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
• Report quality concerns and deviations to the Quality Control team.
• Assist with equipment calibration and variety cleanouts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Work in an industrial, warehouse, and laboratory environment while standing and walking for extended periods.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Reliable attendance and stable work history.
• Technical aptitude preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and perform repetitive testing.
• Comfortable working around manufacturing equipment and in warehouse environments.

• Primary Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM (12-hour shifts)
