Gecko Hospitality - - Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the kitchen including coordination of new menu ideas and utilization of products to maximize guest satisfaction and control of food costs;
Oversee food preparation, inventory, portion control, and ordering of all foods necessary for kitchen operation;
Maintain hygiene standards and assist in staff recruiting and monitoring performance;
Collaborate with Clubhouse Chef on menu development, recipe standardization, and presentation;
Ensure food quality standards and consistency, train lead cooks on costing and ordering systems, and manage scheduling and payroll records for culinary staff
