The Picking Associate is responsible for receiving merchandise, creating OS&D paperwork, identifying inner packs not consistent with Distribution Lot (DL), and communication. The Picking Associate position is located in Litchfield Park, AZ.

• Pick, store, and direct customer orders daily to production standards
• Work within a team structure to accomplish team goals
• Maintain a clean, neat, safe, and organized work area
• Identify damaged merchandise and escalate to the Inventory Control (ICC) Analyst for processing
• Stock merchandise in the correct locations
• Be well versed in department procedures
• Identify Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) and locations quickly

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to work as a team and treat others respectfully
• Onsite and in-office role
• Basic math (addition and subtraction)
• Available to work in various departments and buildings as needed
• Safety-focused mindset
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

• Working knowledge of Pick Ticket Management System (PKMS) for picking

• Able to bend, reach, squat, and climb stairs/ladder
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs
• Walking/standing up to 90% of the day
• Working at heights up to 35 ft
