Assist Store Manager in managing the Perishable Departments including produce, fresh meat, packaged meats, dairy, frozen foods, bread, and bakery products.;
Assist in inventory management, merchandising, and customer service to ensure store profitability and safety.;
Maintain correct perishable stock levels and train associates on stocking, rotation, and pricing standards.;
Record perishable markdowns and analyze causes to prevent recurrence; ensure sanitation standards are followed..
