Dispensary Associate

• Trulieve, a company in the rapidly growing cannabis industry, offers a full-time Dispensary Associate position focused on educating customers about cannabis products, providing exceptional patient service, and facilitating purchases in compliance with state regulations.
• The company emphasizes natural, hand-grown products designed to alleviate symptoms related to serious medical conditions, with staff collaborating closely with physicians to ensure proper care and dosage.
• Key job duties include customer service, assisting with product returns, processing orders efficiently, maintaining cleanliness, and resolving customer issues, with additional responsibilities in delivery and online support as needed.
• Candidates must be at least 21 years old (18 in certain states), have a high school diploma or equivalent, prior cash handling and customer service experience, a valid driver’s license for delivery roles, and must pass a background check; the position offers a pay rate of $15.15/hour plus tips and a comprehensive benefits package.

Our products are designed to alleviate seizures, severe and persistent muscle spasms, pain, nausea, loss of appetite, and other symptoms associated with serious medical conditions such as cancer.

Our specially trained staff works hand-in-hand with physicians to provide the right products and the correct dosage to ensure patients get the compassionate care they need.

Pay: $15.15 an hour (position is also eligible for tips)

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.

• Assist customers with any product or device issues.
• Work with leadership and management to find solutions to customer issues.
• Document customer issues and concerns on the customer's profile.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation throughout the shift.

• Assist with processing all online orders, including deliveries, in a 2-hourtimeframe.

• High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field or in a similar field.
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (or a minimum of 18 years of age in CT,PAand WV).
• Prior experience, preferably in retail and/or customer serviceareais a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and with a variety of personalities at various seniority levels.
• Must possess excellent people skills and be able to communicate effectively with others in both verbal and written form.
