Membership Sales Manager – St. David, AZ

Location: Hybrid (90% field-based within the market; 10% remote)

Candidate must live within 50 to 75 miles of St. David, AZ.

Territory includes the following counties: Yuma, Pima, Pinal, Santa Cruz, and Cochise

On Target Earnings: $75,785.28 - $180,000

Two fixed base salary options are available — $35,000 or $45,000 (non-negotiable).

Includes Car Allowance and Uncapped Commission

We are seeking a locally rooted, community-driven Membership Sales Manager to generate leads and membership sales for our Air Med Care  Network across St. David, AZ and Southern Arizona. This role is ideal for someone who knows the region’s rural communities, travel distances, and healthcare challenges, and who values strong, face‑to‑face relationships. You will serve as a familiar, trusted presence throughout neighboring counties by consistently engaging with local residents, employers, and community organizations.

Through hands‑on outreach and relationship‑building, you will develop a strong sales pipeline that supports both territory goals and team performance.

Responsibilities
  • Drive Local Impact:
    Sales Manager spends approximately 90% of your time in the field throughout St. David, Cochise County, and the surrounding Southern Arizona region, meeting people where they live and work. You will engage local businesses (70% B2B focus) and individual consumers (30% B2C focus), educating them on the value of AMCN membership, especially in areas where distance to trauma centers and hospitals makes air medical access critical.
  • Develop Relationships:
    Identify and cultivate new leads through door‑to‑door outreach, cold calling, referrals, local events, first responder partnerships, healthcare facilities, and other community networking opportunities common to rural and regional Arizona.
  • Sales Process Management:
    Sales Manager will manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to close, using a consultative, educational approach that connects AMCN’s services to the real‑life needs of families, retirees, ranchers, seasonal residents, employees, and business owners across the territory.
  • Champion with

    Purpose:

    Represent AMCN as a trusted local partner by attending community events and building long‑term relationships with civic groups, employers, healthcare‑related organizations, volunteer fire departments, EMS agencies, and small businesses to strengthen brand awareness and credibility.
Qualifications

Education: High school diploma (or equivalent), valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record. Comfort with frequent regional travel on rural highways, secondary roads, and remote areas is essential.

  • Sales Expertise: 3 years of previous B2C or B2B solutions‑based field sales experience, including cold calling and prospecting, preferred. Experience selling in rural, medically underserved, or relationship‑based markets is a strong plus.
  • Industry Knowledge:
    Working knowledge of healthcare, insurance, or emergency medical transport services, preferred. Familiarity with the healthcare access challenges faced by Southern Arizona communities is highly valued.
