  • Support buyers through contracts, financing, options selection, and construction; maintain regular communication, ensuring a smooth closing experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with realtors and stay informed on competitive market activity through regular reporting and research.
  • Ensure the model homes and sales center are presentable, well stocked, and operational, handling all administrative duties as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM (Hub Spot), and complete all required reports related to sales activity, appointments, and community updates.
  • Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and collaboration, working closely with the sales and marketing teams to enhance and optimize the customer experience.
  • Achieve division and community‑specific sales and production goals.
  • Conduct competitive market analysis and shop the competition to assess market positioning.
  • Complete Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) on a monthly or bi-weekly basis.
  • Ensure accountability for customer experience by monitoring and achieving Eliant Survey Scores and other division‑determined goals.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of realtor contacts and industry connections.
  • Attend and coordinate broker meetings, as well as market‑specific trainings, to deepen understanding of the current market landscape.
  • Proactively generate traffic through phone calls, social media, events, and realtor outreach.
Key Qualifications

  • Valid Real Estate License (as applicable by state).
  • 1–3+ years of sales experience.
  • Proven ability to close sales and deliver strong customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong follow‑through and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Windows, and CRM systems such as Hub Spot.
