Compensation: $125,000–$300,000+ per year (Commission + Bonuses)

, we’re looking for motivated, results-driven In-Home Design Consultants to join our team.
- Run 2 pre-qualified appointments per day (10 per week)
- Conduct in-home consultations and assess customer needs
- Build rapport and present customized design solutions
- Set clear expectations and guide customers through the process
Close sales and deliver a high-quality customer experience - Attend 2 in-person sales meetings per month
- Support team success and uphold company standards
- 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience (required)
- Bathroom remodeling experience is a plus
- Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
- Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset
- Tech-savvy (iPad, MS Office, CRM systems, Google Drive)
- Valid driver’s license required
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- 5 days per week
- Must be available for at least 3 Saturdays per month
- Appointment times vary based on customer availability
- 100% commission-based (after 2-week paid training)
- $125K–$300K+ earning potential (top reps exceed $200K)
