This is a full-time, on-site Equipment Sales Specialist role based in the Mtn West Territory. The Equipment Sales Specialist will be responsible for selling DENTALEZ dental equipment and solutions to dental practices, distributors, and other oral healthcare customers within an assigned territory. Daily activities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting in-person product demonstrations, preparing proposals and quotes, and managing the sales pipeline from initial contact through closing.
The role involves building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, providing post-sale support, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and installation coordination. The Equipment Sales Specialist will also gather market feedback, participate in trade shows or local events as needed, and consistently work toward meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong sales skills, including experience with Sales and Sales Management in a territory or account-based environment.
- Ability to sell and position Heavy Equipment or capital equipment solutions, preferably in dental, medical, or related technical fields.
- Demonstrated Customer Service focus, with proven ability to build trust, respond to inquiries, and support customers before and after sale.
- Effective Negotiation capabilities, including pricing discussions, contract terms, and closing strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with comfort presenting technical product features to clinical and non-clinical audiences.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time, travel, and multiple opportunities independently in an on-site environment.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software to track leads, opportunities, and sales activity.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally within the region as needed.
- Previous experience in dental, medical device, or healthcare equipment sales preferred.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
