We are looking for a dedicated In-Store Specialist (ISS) for Essilor Luxottica, who will act as a communicative interface between the company's key account customers' stores and the most important people in the trade marketing and sales departments. In this exciting position, you will be the point of contact for our most important customers in the stores and act as a consultant for our product portfolio.
You will combine the areas of sales and trade marketing in this position. Your tasks include planning and conducting product training sessions, as well as optimizing the visibility at the point of sale. In addition, you will advise customers on our entire product portfolio and implement individual promotions. Your main tasks:
- Point of contact for stores of our house and licensed brands (excluding Chanel & OPG)
- Increase sell-outs through targeted actions
- Planning and conducting product training sessions
- Optimizing visibility at the point of sale (POS)
- Portfolio advice for corrective and sunglasses
- Implementation and support of individual promotions
- Consultation in digital services
- Market feedback to assortment managers
- Participation in central meetings and company and customer events
- Independent tour planning and coordination with stakeholders from sales and marketing
- Consultation in the field of electronic eyewear
Your profile:
- Knowledge in the areas of optics/acoustics and sales is advantageous
- Knowledge in the area of trade marketing is advantageous
- Experience from professions with direct customer contact is desirable
- Open, communicative nature, presentation skills
- High willingness to travel, valid driver's license class B
- Open to lateral entrants
