Route Service Representative – Rental Division
A Route Service Representative will manage and grow customer accounts for Cintas Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service items.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the face of Cintas, building rapport with key decision makers.
- Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
- Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
- Negotiate service agreement renewals, manage inventory, and maintain safe, professional conduct.
- Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
Required:
- Active driver’s license.
- At least 21 years of age.
- DOT medical certification.
- Documentation of prior employment.
- Must meet all Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.

Estimated total compensation ranges between $45,000 – $90,000 per year, combining base salary and earned commissions.
