- Generate and follow up on homeowner leads for roofing inspections and estimates.
- Conduct roof assessments and clearly explain repair or replacement recommendations.
- Prepare accurate proposals and close residential roofing sales opportunities.

- Represent Roof Boyz LLC in residential sales conversations.
- Valid driver's license.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation for local client visits.
- Experience selling residential roofing or exterior home improvement services.
- Experience conducting roof inspections or assessments.
- Experience working homeowner leads, follow-ups, and appointments.
- Experience explaining roof inspection findings to homeowners.
- Experience presenting estimates and proposals to homeowners.
- Experience closing residential roofing or home improvement sales opportunities.
Demonstrates expertise in residential roofing sales, including conducting roof inspections, preparing proposals, and closing sales. Strong ability to guide homeowners through the sales process while providing clear explanations of roofing options and conditions.
