Location: Fort Huachuca
Duties
* serve as a senior information technology management specialist for network enterprise technology command (netcom) and the information technology service management (itsm) division.
* plan, coordinate, draft, monitor, analyze, and report required levels of customer service and recommend organizational/service improvements based upon analysis.
* coordinate and oversee the implementation of processes and systems for establishing, operating, and assessing the effectiveness of service management (sm) systems.
* serve in the capacity of primary project officer on specific project or system development efforts on major, large-scale, complex, and labor intensive projects.
* manage and provide upgrades that capitalizes on new technology insertion and the integration of complementary technologies to support the timely exchange and protection of battlefield information.
* conduct coordination, analyze business process/service requirements, and make recommendations to functional managers on policy and service changes. Requirements conditions of employment

* three year trial/probationary period may be required.
* travel may be required up to 25% of the time.
* in accordance with dodm 8140.03 and supplemental army guidance, the employee must obtain and maintain the following requirements for each cyber work role (except data, ai, and/or software engineering) at the assigned proficiency level:
* 1) foundational qualification requirements within 9 months,
2) resident qualification requirements within 12 months,
3) 20 hours of continuous professional development (cpd) per work role code (which can overlap).
* this position is designated tier 3, non-critical sensitive, moderate risk and requires the incumbent to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance level as a condition of employment. Qualifications cyber excepted service positions are not subject to the two-page resume limit.
