Licensed Unarmed Guard

Andy Frain Services is hiring Licensed Unarmed Guards to protect facilities in the Security & Law Enforcement department for a leading financial institution. In this role, you will control access, monitor premises, conduct patrols, and provide excellent customer service to employees and visitors. You will observe and report suspicious activities, respond to incidents, and support emergency procedures while maintaining a professional, calm presence.

Responsibilities

• Monitor entrances, exits, and access points, ensuring only authorized personnel enter
• Conduct routine foot patrols to deter theft, vandalism, and safety hazards
• Provide professional customer service and assist employees and visitors
• Respond to incidents, security alarms, and emergencies according to procedures
• Document incidents, daily activities, and observations in clear written reports
• Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders when required
• Enforce site rules, policies, and regulatory requirements
• Observe and report suspicious activity, safety concerns, or policy violations
