Paladin’s Divine Shield partnered with Duke’s Roadhouse is looking to add to our security team.
Ideal candidates will have availability to work nights and weekends and have the following qualities:
- Impeccable customer service
- Self-manageable with positive attitude and good work ethic
- Team player who works well in team oriented environment
- Be able to work in high paced environment
- Ability to go above and beyond to make customers happy and ensure safety
- Must be professional, well-groomed and neat in appearance
- Nightclub/bar experience preferred, but willing to train the right individual
- Be able to be on your feet for long periods of time.
- Reliable transportation
- We expect our security staff to help out with the upkeep of the restaurant while keeping everyone safe; this includes collecting glassware and dealing with breakages/spillages
This position is for unarmed security. At Paladin’s Divine Shield, we pride ourselves on our professional and friendly demeanor while preventing and mitigating any ‘trouble.’
