Assistant Golf Professional - The Club at Seven Canyons (Sedona, AZ)
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and service-oriented Assistant Golf Professional to join our team. This individual will support the daily operations of our golf facilities and uphold the highest standards of service and professionalism under the direction of the Director of Golf .
Responsibilities- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times
- Provide a warm, welcoming, and personalized experience for all members and guests
- Assist with tee time reservations and communicate clearly and professionally by phone and in person
- Support day-to-day golf operations including:
- Tournament coordination and execution
- Managing pace of play
- Restocking and merchandising golf shop inventory
- GHIN system management
- Assist with opening, closing, and securing the golf shop and storage areas following established procedures
- Play golf with members, guests, and course raters to represent the Club and foster relationships
- Stay informed and able to communicate Club policies, procedures, and offerings
- ---- PGA Associate or current PGA Member in good standing
- Successful completion of the PGA Playing Ability Test (PAT)
- Familiarity with POS systems, tee sheet software, and golf tournament platforms
- Strong understanding of customer service and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences
- Solid playing ability and a desire to grow within the golf industry
