Journeyman Plumber

We are hiring immediately for a full‑time Journeyman Plumber position located at 43371 North Kenworth Road, San Tan Valley, AZ 85140. Online applications are accepted only.

Schedule:

Full‑time; days may vary from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Full‑time and part‑time positions are available, providing flexibility to meet scheduling needs.

Requirement:
Four years of experience as a Journeyman Plumber.

Pay Range: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour.

• Oversee maintenance, repair, replacement, operation and renovation of plumbing equipment and facilities.
• Make decisions on normal and complex repairs and consult with the Operations Manager and upper management.
• Read and understand blueprints, specifications or models; plan work layout and perform routine calculations.
• Review outside vendor projects and create punch lists.
• Analyze and correct complex building system problems, alone or as part of a team.
• Maintain systems, equipment and facilities in a clean, safe operating condition in accordance with local, state and federal regulations.
• Determine manpower, material needs and deadlines for jobs or projects.
• Maintain logs, perform rounds and recommend modifications or improvements of preventive maintenance systems.
• Use the site CMMS: update work statuses and document tasks completed in real time with a mobile device.
• Contribute to a safe work environment by reporting accidents and unsafe conditions promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High‑school diploma or equivalent and at least 8 years of training and work experience, including 4 years in a DOL‑accredited Apprentice Program plus 4 years as a Journeyman Plumber.
• Valid Journeyman Plumbing license and proof of a valid RMP endorsement.
• Valid Class "C" driver’s license.
• Rudimentary ability to operate hand‑operated construction equipment.
• Ability to repeatedly lift 50 pounds and perform strenuous labor for extended periods, including kneeling, bending and stooping.

• Exposure to high heat, noise, dust or dirt; infection control areas.
• Required to meet daily completion deadlines and work all hours, including weekends and nights, to maintain facilities safely and appropriately.
