Rite of Passage is hiring a Bilingual Senior Youth Care Worker at Sycamore Canyon Academy in Oracle, Arizona. Our campus is a sanctuary where students and staff connect with nature and pursue holistic learning.

As a Bilingual Youth Care Worker, you will lead outdoor activities, assist in program development, and supervise students to ensure they thrive in a supportive environment.

Pay: $25 an hour

• Supervise youth during the day‑to‑day schedule
• Sponsor youth to medical appointments and outings
• Ensure adherence to safety and program protocols
• Assist in the development and facilitation of therapeutic and outdoor programs

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluent in Spanish and English (bilingual)
• 1 year of experience in a child welfare or agency setting
• At least 21 years of age
• Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test
• Ability to pass a child abuse registry search
• Preferred: 6 months of training within the position and supervisory experience
• Internal applicants: must be a Coach Counselor with no less than standard performance and at least 90 days of experience at Rite of Passage in a Coach Counselor or higher Direct Care Position, and completion of Initial Qualifications Training (Tech 22)

• B Shift Days – Every other Wednesday to Saturday, 7 a.m.–8 p.m. or 8 a.m.–9 p.m. (1‑hour break each day)

Sycamore Canyon Academy is located in Oracle, Arizona. Onsite housing, free meals, and transportation are provided.
