Rite of Passage Team is Hiring an ORR CLINICIAN at Sycamore Canyon Academy in Oracle, Arizona. Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth!
What you will do: (Office of Refugee Resettlement) ORR Clinician works as a staff member for the ORR Program. The Clinician reports to the Lead Clinician and/or Program Director. Responsible for coordinating clinical services, conducting mental health assessments, counseling interventions, monitoring students' well-being and adjustment to the program, assessing safety for release to a sponsor, training new clinicians, crisis intervention, and maintaining documentation.
Implements and manages the standards of care according to the guidelines of the ORR Program. Ensures compliance with records and documentation and quality of care.

- Sunday through Thursday
or
Tuesday through Saturday - Work schedule is based on program needs.
Compensation
$85,000 yearly

Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must have:
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, sociology, marriage and family or other relevant behavioral discipline with direct clinical experience is a program requirement.
- Must be eligible for licensed or licensed (LMSW, LAC etc.)
- Successfully pass criminal background clearance checks, drug screening, physical examination, and TB test.
- Ability to utilize resources available to complete assigned projects.
