La Frontera EMPACT - Suicide Prevention Center is seeking a Family Support Counselor for our San Tan location. You will help coordinate case management, connect families with community resources, and support clinical operations including problem resolution and customer service.
In this role you will attend Child and Family Teams, mentor children as needed, provide respite for families, and deliver supportive services in family- and community-based settings.
