Cross Paths is actively seeking professional individuals with the skill sets to engage and inspire youth. Individuals seeking employment with Cross Paths must be able to work with teenage youth ages 6-15.
Our youth need consistency, nurturing, structure and positive adult role models. Appropriate professional boundaries with youth, staff and outside agencies are required. Individuals must be able to implement team goals and objectives as well as adhere to all company policies and procedures while maintaining excellent customer service.
Shift Options- Sunday
- Wednesday - 8:30pm-4:30pm (additional hours available upon availability and request!!!) - Option #1:
Tuesday
- Saturday - 2:30pm
-10:30pm (additional hours available upon availability and request) - Option #2
- Starting pay $17.50!!!
- Referral fee for each successful hire you recommend
- High school diploma or equivalent - (Requirement)
- Working with kids for minimum - 2 year (Required)
- One year of experience of working with youth or related field and at least 21 years of age or older
- Valid Arizona Driver's License and 60 month Driving History Report
- A Physical Health report and a current CPR/First Aid Card
- Level 1 Finger Print Clearance Card/pre-obtaining Finger Print Clearance Card
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background checks and obtain an Arizona D.P.S Class 1 clearance card
- 21 years of age
- Minimum
- Role model the expected behavior per policy
- Interactive supervision
- Maintain the health, safety and welfare of both client and staff
- Follow the daily schedule
- Complete daily documentation as specified
- House must be kept clean at all times
- Transporting clients in authorized agency vehicles only
- Maintain all company and state required trainings and certifications
- Other duties may be assigned by House Manager or designee
