Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our team of professionals. As a key member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in designing and building the infrastructure of our platform. • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary full-stack development team to design, develop, and deliver scalable web and native-cloud solutions.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize server-side and client-side components using technologies such as Node.js, React.js, Postgre
  
  SQL, Elastic Search, Kafka, Type Script, and Linux.
• Build and enhance robust APIs to ensure seamless integration and communication between different system components.
• Take ownership of technical challenges and provide innovative solutions to improve system performance, security, and reliability.
• Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications and deliverables.
• Maintain a high standard of code quality through best practices, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.
• Stay updated with technology trends and bring fresh ideas to drive continuous improvement.

• A Software Developer with 4+ years of experience in React & Node.js.
• Proficiency in Java, with a deep understanding of object-oriented programming, multithreading, and memory management; experience building scalable backend systems using frameworks like Spring or Spring Boot is preferred.
• Solid understanding of relational databases and database design.
• Experience with multi-tenancy services and DB structure - an advantage.
• Problem solver, able to find creative solutions and get things done.

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team.
• Strong communication skills, including explaining complex technical concepts clearly.
• Experience working in remote or globally distributed teams is a plus.
• Openness to sharing knowledge and mentoring junior developers.

• Academic degree in Computer Science, or equivalent field.
