Location: Willcox
Willcox High School located in beautiful southeastern Arizona, is accepting applications for the position of Head Football Coach for the upcoming season. We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and student-centered leader to guide and take our back to back region championship football program to the next level.
Responsibilities- Directing all aspects of the high school football program
- Leading student-athletes with integrity, discipline, and a growth‑mindset
- Coordinating staff, practice plans, off‑season development, and game strategies
- Ensuring program alignment with school and district athletic expectations
- Prior high school or collegiate coaching experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with student‑athletes, staff, and community
- Teaching positions may be available based on credentialing
