Position Summary Forklift Operator:
Were looking for skilled Forklift Operators to safely and efficiently operate a variety of powered industrial trucks, including sit down, reach trucks, stand-up forklifts, and electric pallet jacks (EPJs). This role involves moving, stacking, and organizing materials to support warehouse operations, with up to 50% of the shift potentially dedicated to non-driving tasks.

- Experience with Sit Down, Reach Trucks, Stand-Up Forklifts, and/or EPJs is required.
-Must be able to work in a cold environment.

Pay Range: $19.00- $19.50per hour

Shift:
First

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Second

Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM - 11: 00 PM

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Forklift Operation & Material Handling
-Operate sit down, reach truck, stand-up forklift, and electric pallet jack (EPJ)
-General Warehouse Support

Job Requirements:
-Minimum 1year of experience with Sit Down,Reach Truck, Stand-Up Forklift, and/or EPJ
-Must have recent forklift operation experience (no gaps within the last 6 months)
-Ability to lift and/or pull up to 50 lbs. without restriction
-Comfortable working in a cold environment
-Bilingual (Spanish & English) preferred
-Reliable transportation required
-Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on customer needs

Bonus Eligibility:

Earn $100 for every successful forklift referral after they complete 80 hours of work.
-No limit on the number of referrals.
-Managers confirm referrals during interviews to ensure bonus eligibility.
