Responsibilities:

Responsible for maintaining a checkout system for Quarters Occupant, equipment (tillers, mowers, etc)

Responsible for parts and services procurement for all heavy equipment and vehicles and specialty tool assigned to the Facilities Department.

Orders and receives shipment of supplies, equipment, and materials and insures that they are properly received, identified, and accounted for.

Makes necessary arrangements with shippers and suppliers for any damaged shipments, other improper conditions and any discrepancies. Items received must be properly checked in and identified with appropriate purchase order to verify quantities ordered to make proper adjustments as required.

Properly stores or warehouses supplies, equipment, and materials with consideration to SDS requirements.

Orders and maintains bench-stock inventories. Inventories stock for obsolete, deteriorated, and expired items and disposes of these items appropriately.
