As a Tonopah Ranch Office Clerk, you'll be working with our egg-straordinary warehouse team, providing essential administrative and operational support to drivers, warehouse staff, and front gate personnel. This role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant processing of inbound and outbound shipments while delivering top-notch internal customer service.

We're looking for someone who is energetic, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and an egg-straordinary representation of Hickman's Family Farms.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Point of contact between Warehouse & Front Gate personnel
• Prepares shipping and receiving documents for Warehouse Crew
• Maintains shipping and receiving records in an orderly and accessible manner
• Verify inventory by comparing physical counts and investigating discrepancies and adjustment errors
• Keeps records of all inbound and outbound products
• Processes and verifies documentation for export loads
• Verifies all loads are processed properly before forwarding to the accounting department
• Manages shipping procedures provided by company Transportation Department

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel, Word & Outlook
• Experience with Accounting/Inventory Software
• Ability to sit for long hours
• Ability to perform successfully under time pressures
• Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude
