Position Title
Assessment & Accreditation Coordinator / Instructor
Position SummaryThe Assessment & Accreditation Coordinator will report directly to the Teachers College Dean. The coordinator will oversee the comprehensive assessment and data management system for all programs, including the Office of Teacher Education Experiences. Responsibilities include coordinating data collection and reporting to the state and stakeholders, maintaining the assessment system, and supporting all units and faculty in the systematic collection and use of assessment data for continuous improvement and accreditation purposes.
Duties & Responsibilities- Collect and maintain graduate field placement data within the assessment system.
- Manage survey development, configuration, distribution, and analysis to gather stakeholder feedback.
- Serve as the primary liaison between all units, software developers, and university technology staff to ensure system functionality and effective data management.
- Generate reports as requested.
The candidate must be detail‑oriented and able to quickly learn and adapt to new technology. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as organizational, human relations, and technological skills, are expected. The candidate should be able to deliver effective training and support to new users and possess exceptional collaboration and problem‑solving skills.

Additional hours as requested and/or needed
The Assessment & Accreditation Coordinator will teach a six‑hour course load each semester, determined by education background and experience (50% administrative and 50% teaching). Regular and reliable attendance.
An earned master’s degree in education or a closely related field is required.
