As a Housekeeping and Laundry Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our housekeeping and laundry team to provide exceptional cleaning and laundry services to our residents. • Supervise and manage a team of housekeeping and laundry staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and laundry services are provided to residents
• Develop, implement, and maintain cleaning and laundry schedules and protocols
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to staff members to improve their skills and knowledge
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and quality standards
• Monitor and control inventory and supplies related to housekeeping and laundry operations
• Respond to resident and staff concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and high-quality resident care

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
