Production Worker
Location: Arkadelphia, AR
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday - Thursday | 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Occasional Fridays/night shift)

Job Duties- Assemble and manufacture parts for the aerospace industry with high precision and attention to detail.
- Operate production equipment and tools effectively.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures during production.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
- Perform quality checks and inspections on finished products.
- Experience: 1 year of commercial sewing experience.
- Physical Ability: Stand, bend, twist, lift (up to) 40 lbs.
- Teamwork: Bring your best attitude and help keep the line running smoothly.
