The J.M. Smucker Co. Arkadelphia plant is seeking a manufacturing leader to coordinate shift staffing, drive 24-hour planning, and ensure tasks are completed on time.
You will coach teams on root-cause analysis, monitor safety and quality metrics, and ensure SOP adherence in a loud manufacturing environment. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of manufacturing leadership, plus strong organizational skills.
