• Wound Care Specialist
  :
  Assess and treat patients with wounds, including acute and chronic wounds, pressure ulcers, and surgical wounds.

• Infection Preventionist
  :
  Identify and implement strategies to prevent hospital-acquired infections, develop and maintain infection prevention policies and procedures, and monitor and report on infection rates.

• Provide education and training to patients, families, and staff on wound care and infection prevention best practices.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.

• Perform routine assessments, monitoring, and evaluations of patients with wounds and infections.

• Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in accordance with facility policies and procedures.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and reduce readmissions.

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Arkansas.
