What we’re looking for: Someone to provide coordination for major branch activities of delivering strong customer sales and service, ensuring compliance with corporate operational policies and procedures and providing workflow direction to branch staff. Someone who understands that communication of corporate policy and procedures to branch staff is an essential requirement of this position.

What you’ll do:

• Assist the Branch President with employee reviews and interviews.
• Schedule and assign work to branch staff, conduct some branch training, and provide branch coverage when needed and appropriate.
• Respond to employee questions, concerns, and complaints.
• Coordinate operational activities within the branch to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and corporate policies and procedures.

What you must have:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in operations, customer service and/or human resources activities
• Minimum of two (2) years of leadership experience

What might set you apart:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
• Previous experience in a branch manager role
