Check all products for accuracy against quality standards and deliver products to customers safely, courteously, and on time while working as part of a team. Support the restaurant by performing other workstation duties. Comply with Domino’s uniform, appearance, and operations standards and all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Pre‑delivery vehicle preparation and learning delivery area
- Check orders for quality and accuracy; take and process telephone orders
- Provide quality customer service through positive, professional interaction in person or by phone
- Deliver pizzas and accompanying flyers/door hangers to individual customer homes
- Handle sensitive customer information responsibly and execute credit transactions, including bank deposits
- Assist teammates by being punctual, supporting other workstations during shifts, and completing all closing duties, including cleaning
- Navigate delivery area, including multi‑story buildings and private homes, using maps and addressing adverse terrain
- Operate, clean, and maintain equipment and facility daily
- Perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) accurately and quickly; make correct monetary change
- Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen; enter data accurately
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, maintain inventory, and complete paperwork
- Safely operate a motor vehicle
- Perform related workstation duties such as making quality products, preparing ingredients, and taking orders
- Maintain a safe environment by following health and safety guidelines
- Standing, walking, and occasional sitting throughout shift
- Lifting: move cases of ingredients and supplies up to 50 pounds; lift and stack onto shelves up to 72 in. high
- Carrying: move heavy items (e.g., pizza sauce 30 lb, dough trays 12 lb) and operate with two hands as needed
- Pushing/Pulling: move trays on dollies, push up to 7.5 lb force
- Climbing: occasional stairs or ladders for maintenance tasks
- Bending, stooping, crouching frequently when stocking shelves or cleaning
- Reaching: above 72 in. to operate ovens, turn sign prices, etc.
- Eye‑hand coordination: extensive use of hands, forearm, wrist, and dexterity for pizza assembly and equipment handling
- Exposure to weather variations, temperature extremes (36 °F–90 °F+), food odors, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces up to 500 °F
- Potential exposure to sharp edges and moving mechanical parts
- Hearing: talking and hearing on the phone; vision: near/mid‑range, depth perception, ability to turn on/off ovens, etc.
- Work in cramped quarters (e.g., walk‑in cooler)
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum 18 years of age; valid driver’s license, acceptable motor vehicle record, proof of insurance, and a suitable vehicle
- Ability to work scheduled or unscheduled shifts, including nights, weekends, and emergencies
- Cross‑trained to perform other workstation duties as needed
- Bilingual preferred in certain markets
- Non‑exempt hourly position
- No split pay wage based on in‑store and on‑road rates
