Flex Officer

Join Securitas as a Flex Officer, providing adaptable security coverage across multiple client sites in the Security & Law Enforcement sector. In this field-based role, you will perform access control, patrols, CCTV/alarm monitoring, incident response, and detailed reporting while maintaining a professional, customer-focused presence. Responsibilities

• Provide flexible security coverage at multiple client sites as assigned by Securitas
• Perform access control, visitor screening, and badge checks to protect people and property
• Conduct interior and exterior patrols, monitor CCTV/alarms, and identify safety or security hazards
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and alarms following Securitas and client protocols
• Prepare clear, accurate incident and daily activity reports
• Deliver professional customer service and maintain a visible, courteous security presence
• Follow all post orders, site procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure consistent, high-quality security services
