Role Overview
The Finance & Accounting Leadership Development Program (FALDP) is a comprehensive, three-year rotational program designed to develop the next generation of finance and accounting professionals.
CompensationSalary Range: $63,800 – $105,400. Target Openings: 10. Additional performance-based cash incentive awards are part of the compensation package.
ResponsibilitiesParticipants will engage in hands‑on assignments focusing on accounting and controls, finance, insurance, self‑leadership, and influencing others. Rotations include accounting/controllership, audit, and finance across enterprise groups such as Claim, Corporate, Technology, Operations, and other business units. Mentoring, networking, community engagement, and project leadership opportunities are available.

Occasional travel for business meetings and events is expected. Perform other duties as assigned.
QualificationsIdeal candidates will have a cumulative GPA of 3.4 or greater and at least one year of finance, accounting, or related industry experience (including internships). Candidates must be willing to relocate to Hartford, CT or St. Paul, MN, and demonstrate leadership potential through internships, extracurricular activities, or work experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a collaborative mindset, a commitment to excellence, integrity, and continuous growth, a strong work ethic, high critical and analytical thinking skills, and intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel are required.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance or a related business field.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future.
