We're looking for a Junior Staff Accountant who wants to grow their career, learn from experienced accounting leaders, and gain exposure to month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, and general ledger accounting.

What You'll Do

• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
• Assist with month-end and year-end close
• Support financial statement preparation
• Analyze account activity and investigate discrepancies
• Maintain general ledger accuracy
• Assist with audits and reporting requests
• Partner with AP, AR, and payroll teams to ensure accurate financial data

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 1-3 years of accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
• Experience with reconciliations, journal entries, or month-end close
• Eagerness to learn and grow within accounting and finance
