Job Summary
Responsible for performing administrative support duties within the assigned area. Responsibilities are specific to the organizational unit (i.e. region, district, department, plant, etc.).
ResponsibilitiesUnder immediate supervision, perform basic administrative duties following well‑defined, standard procedures. Prepare documents, reports, and spreadsheets as needed to support the business unit. Maintain files and calendars. Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and other department software/systems.
Communication and interpersonal skills: listen to and understand written and verbal instruction, communicate effectively with co‑workers and other employees and customers, work effectively and productively with others, and actively help others with assignments as necessary to maintain department productivity.
Customer focus: answer customer questions; refer questions to others as needed; actively learn the function of the department to assist customers more effectively; exhibit concern and sensitivity to others.
Problem solving and initiative: apply basic education and training in job responsibilities and assignments; ask questions when unsure of how to handle an assignment and demonstrate ability and initiative to handle assignments beyond the routine.
Qualifications- High school diploma or GED.
- One year of administrative work experience.
- Demonstrated computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to organize data and processes.
- Effective oral and written communication.
- Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Base salary from $18.87/hr to $23.58/hr compensation range: $18.87 to $32.49 per hour.

Physical DemandsThe job is sedentary. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sitting most of the time with occasional walking or standing.
