Role As Receptionist (m/w/d)
  • You are the face of our company
  • You welcome our clients and colleagues with a warm welcome and ensure a pleasant and smooth stay
  • Organize conference rooms: monitor room bookings; ensure cleanliness and order in conference rooms, support internal and external events
  • Control service providers and supplier processes and adjust if necessary
  • Manage the switchboard in German and English
  • Office organization (inventory, order and stock check of e.g. office supplies, coffee, tea and snacks)
  • Catering orders
  • Coordination of incoming and outgoing mail, mail distribution in the house as well as the registration and acceptance of courier deliveries and orders to messengers
  • Management of customer and employee parking spaces
  • Local fleet management
  • Health & safety organization in the branch
  • Support in event planning
Your Profile
  • Enjoyable interaction with people and a friendly, confident and professional demeanor
  • Strong service orientation with high quality standards and hands-on mentality
  • An open, communicative personality with a sense of responsibility and team capability
  • Ability to keep a cool head even in the famous busy times, as well as organizational talent and resilience
  • Experience at the reception or in the gastronomy/hospitality industry is desirable
  • Fluent German and good English skills in speech and writing
  • Very good manners and a natural friendliness in dealing with customers and guests
  • Discretion, loyalty, commitment and willingness to engage
  • Very good MS Office skills
