Join the team of the Champagne Conlinoise and the Pays de Sillé Tourism Office for the 2023 tourist season!
MissionWelcome and inform the public, promote the strengths of the territory (in French and English), sell and cash in the shop products. Verification of the cash register at the end of the day. Follow daily stocks. Specific missions for the boutique reference: verification of cash registers, preparation and deposit of payments to the Public Treasury, follow daily stocks and management of the end of season inventory, Management of administrative tasks inherent to the reception: processing of mail and requests for sending brochures, keeping activity dashboards and visitor flows, Research and entry of new offers as well as local events in the Tourinsoft database, Management of reception spaces: replenishment and organization of documentations, … Possible support of the team in different areas related, notably, to logistics (distribution of promotional materials, …) and possibility of intervention on all other missions necessary for the proper functioning of the service.
ProfileReception training, sales technique, tourism, Mastery of English indispensable and if possible of another language, Good presentation, Perfect knowledge of the territory (history, heritage, hiking) or very good ability to self-train quickly, Always in good spirits and available to help the rest of the team in daily tasks. Serious, rigorous and discreet, B permit and vehicle indispensable.
ConditionsSeasonal CDD, Duration: 6 months (start: 06/04/23), Full time, Position based at the Maison du Tourisme, at Sillé Plage and at the Tourism Office of the city center, Place de la Résistance (Sillé-le-Guillaume), Work on Sundays and public holidays. Sometimes autonomously.
