Missions In Brief
In a medium-sized community, he or she is responsible for all administrative records of the community according to the directives of the elected officials.
- assist the elected officials in the preparation and writing of administrative and technical documents;
- ensure budgetary and accounting procedures;
- ensure the application of the regulations;
- manage the files related to the projects of the community.
- KNOWLEDGE:
- have a good knowledge of public finances;
- know and implement the orientations and priorities of the elected officials;
- know and respect the administrative procedures, control acts, and writing mentions;
- master the budgetary and accounting rules of public accounting (M57).
- KNOW HOW:
- advise the elected officials and alert on the risks (legal, administrative) and their treatment;
- adapt and organize the reception services with a focus on proximity (single window, annex window, etc.);
- distribute and plan activities according to the constraints of the service;
- define the needs of the service and the associated skills;
- manage the recruitment, integration, training, career of the agents;
- evaluate the agents;
- elaborate a forecast budget and carry out simulations;
- seek financing and adapt to financial constraints.

- have undeniable qualities of rigor and responsibility;
- be autonomous.
