Essential functions include creating correspondence and handling communications for the CEO, maintaining records on SFB Casualty Board members, obtaining travel schedules for Board members, answering telephones, coordinating employee recognition activities, maintaining meeting files for the CEO, coordinating travel arrangements, handling requests for company plane usage, coordinating scheduling of select conference rooms, and maintaining accurate listings of directors, officers, and managers.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Regular and predictable attendance is required.
QualificationsEducation:
High School or better.
Experience:
2 years of general secretarial, executive assistance, or administrative responsibilities. Experience may be substituted for a business school certificate.
